On April 28, 2020, the wind power innovation base project undertaken by Shiyou Electric successfully passed the acceptance inspection organized by the expert group commissioned by the Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Xiangtan Municipal Development and Reform Commission at the headquarters of Shiyou Electric.
The wind power innovation base project includes three major parts: a public testing platform, a new energy research institute, and a dream new factory. After more than two years of hard work, it has been successfully completed.
This project is a technological innovation platform created by fully combining the R&D technology of Shiyou Electric in the wind power industry chain and the advantages of industry, academia, and research. It is also a milestone for Shiyou Electric to respond to the national innovation policy and take the path of innovation with industry serving the country.
The acceptance work was presided over by Yang Zhijie, Deputy Director of the Development and Reform Commission of Xiangtan City. Director Peng of Xiangtan High tech Zone and Director Li of the Industrial Development Bureau of Xiangtan High tech Zone attended the acceptance review meeting.
The members of the expert group participating in the acceptance review this time were selected by the Municipal Development and Reform Commission from the provincial expert database. The five industry senior experts are from Zhuzhou CRRC Times, Haohua Taxation Agency, Xiangdian Wind Energy, Hunan University, and Changsha University of Science and Technology.
According to the project review process, the leader of the review team was elected on site. Dr. Meng Fandong, the project leader of the Shiyou Electric Wind Power Innovation Base, gave a special report on the project. Afterwards, the expert group members inquired about the project based on on-site inspections and relevant acceptance materials. Based on the comprehensive on-site inspection and defense, the members of the expert group are very satisfied with the project construction situation and have issued acceptance opinions on the project on site. The leaders of the National Development and Reform Commission, in conjunction with the evaluation opinions and on-site inspection results issued by the expert group, announced that the "2018 Hunan Province Park New Energy Cultivation Special Project - Wind Power Innovation Base" project undertaken by our company has passed the evaluation and acceptance, and hope to continue to improve the platform construction and strengthen public service capabilities based on this project.
The successful acceptance of this project marks that Shiyou Electric will continue to deepen its cultivation in the field of wind power, strengthen its public service and testing capabilities in the industry, and build the wind power innovation base into an industry benchmark, making greater contributions to the research and development innovation of Hunan's new energy industry chain.
